SoCalRentalNetwork, LLC (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) takes privacy seriously and is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read this Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make use of the Company’s website, www.SoCalRentalNetwork.com and its related websites (defined herein as the “Site” or “Sites”)
This Privacy Policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Use governing use of the Sites. Parts of those Terms of Use affect this Privacy Policy, so unless you have already done so, please review them prior to using the Sites. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the definitions provided in the Terms of Use.
What Personally Identifiable Information Do We Collect?
Visitors. You are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to visit the Site. We do collect some information automatically from visitors to the Site; for example, through the use of "cookies" and other tracking mechanisms. We collect at least the following: your domain name and host for Internet access; the Internet address of the site from which you came; the date and time of your access; your computer's IP address and information about its operating system, browser and host; the date and time you access the Site and the pages you visit. Registration. The Sites are a resource for you to find and review rental properties In order to use certain services and information on the Sites, you will be required to register for an account with the Site. To register with the Site, we ask for your name, email address, age, street address, and telephone number, although only fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed to register with the Site. Upon registration, you will have a login ID and a password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone to prevent unauthorized access to your account. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited email or telephone call.
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to register with the Site. It is always your choice whether to provide personal information. By submitting personal information to us, you consent to the transfer of such personal data outside your jurisdiction. Do not provide personal information about others without their permission. By submitting any personal information about others, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
We collect personally identifiable information only when you provide it, such as by registering for an accountor by participating in online surveys, subscribing to newsletters or other publications or content sent via email (which have opt-out instructions should you wish to unsubscribe).
Cookies and Web beacons

With Whom Your Information May be Shared

For example, if you request information regarding a property posted on the Site, we will share the information collected through such request with the person or entity who posted such listing (or its designee). We may also use third parties to analyze data collected on the Sites. In some cases, the information that you provide through the Site may be collected directly by a third party or its designee. The subsequent use or disclosure of any information collected by or provided to third parties is subject to their privacy policies and practices.
Except as provided herein, it is our policy not to disclose personally identifiable information of users to third party advertisers. If you request to be contacted by one of our third party advertisers, your contact information may be shared with such advertiser. Although we will notify all third-party advertisers that the information provided to them is confidential, the advertiser’s use or disclosure of such information is subject to the privacy policies of such advertiser.
We may post customer testimonials on the Sites, which may contain personally identifiable information. We will obtain a user’s consent via email before posting any testimonial to include the user’s name with the posted testimonial
In the event that we, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired by another company, information about visitors to the Sites, including any personal information that you provided to us, would be among the transferred assets.
Links
The Sites contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, the terms and conditions of use, or any of the content of such sites. The linked sites may collect personal information from you that is not subject to our control. The data collection practices of linked sites will be governed by that site’s privacy policy.
Interactive Areas
The Sites may offer message boards, bulletin boards, or other forums (“Interactive Areas”) that are intended for use by visitors who are 18 years of age or older. Any information you disclose when posting a message in these Interactive Areas may become public. You should not include any information in your posting that you do not want other parties to see or use. Moreover, if you post any messages in the Interactive Areas that include your email address or phone number you may receive unsolicited email or calls from third parties.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure on our server and is accessible only to authorized personnel on an as needed basis to perform tasks governed by this Privacy Policy. However, we cannot guarantee you that any transmission of data over the Internet will be 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you transmit such information to us at your own risk.
Note About Children’s Privacy Issues
We do not knowingly collect or use, nor intend to collect or use, any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly allow children younger than 13 years old to register with our Site. We do not provide any personal information of children younger than 13 years of age, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose. Information should not be submitted or posted to the Site by anyone under 13 years of age. If you have forgotten your password, you may obtain such password by using our “Forgot Password” feature, which will email your password to the email address associated with your account.

We use third parties to serve some or all of the advertisements that appear on our Sites. Third-party advertising companies may collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits to the Site and other Web sites in order to assist them in providing advertisements to you.
