Toluca Lake is surrounded by the Santa Monica Mountains and is located in the San Fernando Valley and known as a community that lives inside of the two communities of Burbank and North Hollywood. The original boundaries of Toluca Lake were Cahuenga Blvd, Clybourn Ave, Camarillo Street and the LA River.
